This has been accomplished through improvements in Sales, Marketing, Team Training, Systems Development and Strategic Planning. He is passionate about helping Irish business owners achieve what they want out of life personally. Tom’s career in business began at only 21 when he became Menswear Buyer and enjoyed 5 years of year on year growth in sales for Primark, one of the biggest retail success stories in the world.
His entrepreneurial instincts led him into his first venture in the wholesale business before investing in and running one of the most successful nightclubs (Buck Whaley’s) in Ireland. Having installed a General Manager in this business he created another enterprise, KELCO Designs, having spotted a niche in the manufacture and design of custom-made furniture which he enjoyed running for the next 19 years.
Tom has learned to leverage what is right in front of him. As an ActionCOACH, Tom belongs to a network of over 1,500 business coaches in 80 countries. With this network of brainpower, along with his hands-on experience in different industries, Tom has learned the skills to break down complex issues into simple steps, and with ActionCOACH, has the tools to ensure his clients succeed.
