Rory is a professional Business Coach and Mentor. He coaches Irish Business Owners / Managers on a daily basis helping them to increase their profitability, build better teams and systemise their business.
Rory has coached in excess of 200 companies and has helped them achieve consistent and sustainable growth. Rory has worked within a wide variety of industries including retail, professional services, manufacturing, motor industry, food and beverage, agriculture, tourism, distribution, construction and exporting. Rory’s clients have won many trade and national awards including the 2018 SFA Business of the Year.
Rory has been recognised by his peers and has been awarded the Business Coach of the Year in 2015, 2016,2018 and 2019 at the ActionCOACH EMEA Awards.

Rory had over 20 years’ experience operating in Senior Management positions across a number of industries in management roles. He held a highly successful career with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI), where his role as Commercial Director was to lead the strategic development and growth of all non-match ticket revenues including sponsorship, retail and merchandising, licensing, advertising and TV rights.
He also worked as International General Manager for O’Brien’s Sandwich Bars , where he successfully led the strategic development of the O’Brien’s franchise model in Europe, South Africa, Asia and the Gulf Region and over the three years increased the number of international stores from four to thirty-eight.
