WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY
Here’s what you’ll get in these weekly practical sessions over 8 weeks:
Week 1 – Setting Your Vision
If you don’t know where you’re going how are you going to get there? During this session you will set your goals, your company’s vision and mission statement and you’ll learn how to build a great business from the foundation up.
Week 2 – Mastering Your Finances
The closer you are to your numbers, the better decisions you will make. Get a better understanding of your key business numbers and how knowing and challenging these numbers is the key to driving your business. Understand cashflow management, profit and loss accounts and balance sheets so you no longer have to rely on your accountant to explain.
Week 3 – Generating Cashflow
You will learn all about the principles of Leverage and Cashflow Marketing. You’ll focus in on the fastest ways to increase your marketing results now…
Week 4 – Streetwise Marketing
You will extract your uniqueness—that which sets you apart from your competitors—and learn how to use it to get more of the customers you want. You will also learn about developing customer loyalty so that these customers keep coming back, time after time.
Week 5 – Sales Made Simple
You’ll learn all about the different types of salespeople and the difference between old selling and new. You will get to understand the question funnel, performance standards, phone power and how to handle objections.
Week 6 – Team Building and Leadership
This session is all about building the dream team you’ve always wanted. Learn how to become a great leader to inspire them each and every day. Learn how to recruit great people and lead them to a business that works without you even needing to be there.
Week 7 – Systems & the 6 Steps to Massive Results
Learn about the only ways to leverage your business. Learn how to create systems that run your business to produce massive results. Learn how to work ON your business, not IN it.
Week 8 – Leverage – 1-2-1 Review & Planning Session
This will be a great session to review key learnings and actions with your coach on a one-to-one basis. How will what you have learned over the eight weeks affect your business going forward and how can you keep yourself accountable to driving and growing your business?
